*Our event is now SOLD OUT.
Bring your little ghouls and goblins to our annual spooktacular event at the Community Safety Village.
There are two timeslots to choose from.
Timeslot 1 - 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Entrance will be permitted starting at 11:15 a.m.
Parking will be located at the Community Safety Village.
Timeslot 2 - 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Entrance permitted between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Parking for Timeslot 2 is located at the Gormley GO Station - 1650 Stouffville Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Vehicles can start arriving to GO Station lot at 1:30 p.m. for shuttle over to the Community Safety Village.
NO vehicles will be allowed entry at the Community Safety Village.
Accessible Shuttle buses provided and please bring your receipt to board shuttle.
The last shuttle leaves Gormley GO at 3 p.m. for the Community Safety Village.
Please note: The event will take place, rain or shine, and as all funds raised are donated to the United Way, no refunds will be issued.
Please bring your email confirmation as your ticket for entry.

Note: Registration is $10 per vehicle, not per person. Please select 1 for 1 vehicle, regardless of the number of occupants. If you don't receive your receipt, please check your junk folder first and if it isn't there, email rsvpevents@yrp.ca for a copy.
