York Regional Police is searching for the next generation of police officers and policing professionals - and in 2023, we're putting people first.

It doesn’t take one type of person to keep a community safe. It takes a team, including people of all backgrounds, walks of life and with all sorts of skillsets and interests.

Learn how you can join that team this year at York Regional Police, one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers and a national leader in law enforcement.

At the session

This special session will begin with media coverage of the launch of our newest recruiting campaign, called People First. It will also include an address from Chief Jim MacSween, a special speakers' panel featuring YRP members from various units across the police service, presentations about sworn and civilian positions and a question-and-answer period.

York Regional Police recruiters will be on hand one hour before the session begins.

Snacks and refreshments will be available.
