Event Details:
York Regional Police wants to keep everyone on our roads safe - including passengers too young to buckle themselves up.
York Regional Police has trained Child Passenger Safety Technicians who provide child restraint/car seat inspection clinics free of charge. These clinics take about one hour per seat, for anyone looking to have a child restraint or car seat inspected.
Space is limited – if clinics are full you will be placed on a waitlist.
Appointments may be made up to one month before the clinic date by using this registration link.
A Child Passenger Safety Technician will contact you to confirm the appointment.
When attending an appointment, please bring:
- Your vehicle owner’s manual (instructions)
- Your child restraint/car seat owner’s manual (instructions)
- Your child, if possible or know your child’s current age, height & weight information
- The attached Clinic Liability Waiver
