At this session, you can see if you have what it takes to achieve the minimum fitness level required of Level 7 on the shuttle run. 

Details

York Regional Police recruiters will administer the 20-metre shuttle run. The 20-metre shuttle run is an essential part of our hiring process to assess your cardiovascular ability for the position of Police Constable. At a minimum, you are required to demonstrate your ability to meet a level 7. However, we encourage you to reach the maximum possible level.

• No walks-ins will be permitted.
• Please bring completed Consent and Par-Q+ forms with you. Make sure they are witnessed and signed.
