Join us for a high-energy spin class and real talk about careers in policing with Constable Emma Gomes.

This is your opportunity to speak 1 on 1 with officers on the York Regional Police Outreach team and connect with like-minded females interested in a career in policing.

The spin class will take place from 2-3 p.m. followed by a social hour from 3-4 p.m. Participants can learn more about YRP officers' experiences in policing, tips and tricks on the application process, and more!

Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the session in order to ensure enough time to complete and sign a required waiver form.

Please bring indoor shoes, a water bottle and all the energy!
