​Take Your Kids to Work Day is a staple event at YRP, but why should the young'uns have all the fun?

The 2nd annual Bring Your Parents to Work event will be held Wednesday, October 1 at Headquarters from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Join the Senior Safety Unit, in collaboration with YRPA Family Wellness, for this unique opportunity for your loved ones to learn more about various units, member responsibilities and tools of the trade at YRP. 

The Ceremonial Mounted Unit, Road Safety, Canine Unit, Search and Rescue Unit, Forensic Identification Unit, Financial Crimes Unit, the Volunteers Unit and members of the 9-1-1 Communications Centre will be in attendance to show what they do and how they do it. 

The event will also feature talks on wellness and how to avoid falling victim to frauds and scams.

Each member may register up to two family members that are parents, step parents or guardians. Please register your parents one at a time.

**Registration preference will be given to parents who have not previously attended this event**

Lunch will be provided to registered attendees at The Shed. Attendees are asked to park at the RENO DEPOT parking lot (135 First Commerce Dr, Aurora), and will be transported to Headquarters via bus. 

Members may also transport their parent(s) to HQ directly for registration. Everyone is welcome between 9:00 - 9:30 am to come to the Atrium and have their photo taken with their parent(s) as a keepsake, before leaving their parent(s) to enjoy the rest of their day!
