​Take Your Kids to Work Day is a staple event at YRP, but why should the young'uns have all the fun?

The 2nd annual Bring Your Parents to Work event will be held Wedsday, October 1 at Headquarters from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Join the Senior Safety Unit, in collaboration with YRPA Family Wellness, for this unique opportunity for your loved ones to learn more about various units, member responsibilities and tools of the trade at YRP. 

The Ceremonial Mounted Unit, the Road Safety Bureau, the Canine Unit, the Emergency Response Unit, the Search and Rescue Unit, the Forensic Identification Unit, the Financial Crimes Unit, the Volunteers Unit and members of the 9-1-1 Communications Centre will be in attendance to show what they do and how they do it. 

The event will also feature talks on wellness and how to avoid falling victim to frauds and scams.

Each member may register up to two family members that are parents, step parents or guardians.
Please register your parents one at a time.

Lunch will be provided to registered attendees at The Shed. Attendees are asked to park at the YRPA building, and will be transported to Headquarters.
